The Amplidect 295 SOS-Pro has been designed for the hard of hearing and the visually impaired. With this disability aid you can initiate emergency calls and/or raise an alarm to your friends and family by either dialling the four emergency numbers programmed in the phone, or by pressing the SOS button on the pendant.

The unit comprises an amplified cordless landline phone, a cradle to charge the phone, and an integrated answering machine.

The icing on the cake is a DECT pendant which allows you to answer incoming calls, hand free, if you are unable to get to the phone, making this device one of the most useful daily living aids on the market.

The pendant has 5 buttons including the SOS button and they, like the buttons on the handset, are extra large for ease of use.

This mobility aid has a built in speaker and microphone, so you can make and receive calls from a distance of 30 metres (98.5 feet) indoors and, with an open field, a range of 200 metres (656 feet).

The handset can store up to 50 numbers and has a redial function for the last 10 outgoing calls. It can be paired with the Photodect 295.
