Aspheric PXM lightweight lenses (aspheric means the lens is non-spherical, so there is less of a curve) produce a distortion-free image and edge-to-edge sharpness. 

Optimal illumination of reading material is ensured by the bright LED light source and the enclosed Magnifier heads. Filters are included to give a choice of 3 colour temperatures.
