The cushion is made using a combination of cast polyurethane for increased postural control, as well as Visco elastic foam, which is well known for its pressure distribution properties. Specifically, the foam is known to offer particular relief to the sensitive ischial tuberosities area which is usually the most vulnerable to pains and aches whilst youâre seated in a wheelchair.
