The Hipshield is the ideal undergarment to help minimise the risk of a fall becoming an injury. They have been designed to absorb and push away the impact from the hipbone. The Hipshield itself is very discreet and comfortable to wear, the inner of the protector is made from a lightweight honeycomb structure that instantly compresses when impacted.

The Hipshield easily fits into a pair of protector pants and is hidden from view underneath skirts or trousers.

The triple pack contains three pairs of pants and one pair of hip protectors.
