The Equazone Air Cushion offers equal distribution of pressure over extremely stable quadrants, self-inflating to the optimum pressure relieving level every time which means you don’t need a pump! It has 4 moulded antimicrobial treated TPU covered quadrants that make it very stable for a high risk air cushion.
The Equazone Air Cushion's updated shaping relieves pressure off the coccyx and reduces it significantly under the ITs. The widened cross-section also helps to promote air circulation to reduce some heat build up.
The Medium Equazone cushion has a strap as standard so it can be secured to a chair at home or wheelchair.
Equazone has the backup of foam internally so the user gets the high risk pressure reduction but in case of any air loss, there’ll still have the backup of foam. For extra reassurance, the welded seams ensure there is no fluid ingress but also strong enough to take 40 stone (254kg).
