The MEM-X Memory Aid Pendant allows a person to record personalised messages, or instructions, and set the time and date to have them play back. With this mobility aid, meals will be taken on time, appointments kept and important medication never forgotten. 

When a person's memory needs to be jogged, an alert tone will prompt him, or her, to press the pendant button. Then a familiar pre-recorded voice will explain what has to be done at that moment – a living aid that supports and reassures.

Pressing the pendant and hearing the personalised messages spoken in a familiar voice is incredibly comforting, like having the person next to you in the same room. It also helps to have the alert tone sound in order to remind you to press the pendant button and listen to the messages.

This gentle reminder of the everyday tasks that have to be done, takes away the worry and anxiety of knowing you should be doing something, but can’t quite remember what.

The MEM-X Memory Aid Pendant lets you choose what sort of messages you prefer. 

• Fixed messages delivered every day at the same time.

• Weekly messages delivered at the same time on any chosen day.

• One off messages for a single occasion. 

This mobility aid is simple-to-use. Simply record the message by pressing the record button and leave a short message of 10 seconds duration. This message will automatically be repeated and can be altered when necessary.

Needs an AA battery to work, which is included.
