Designed to protect the wearer from the wet and the cold, the Splash Powerchair Cape has been designed specifically for use with electric wheelchairs.

Totally waterproof, the cape fits over the person and the chair, including over the controls. As the cape has transparent plastic panels on either side, the controls are visible at all times.
