The Steel Travel Chair is a sturdy, steel frame mobility aid suitable for mostly indoor use and some outdoor use. Designed to aid independent living, the Steel Travel Chair comes with fixed 8" solid, puncture-free tyres that do not require inflation, and stepper tubes for mounting kerbs.

This daily living aid has been designed with an easy fold mechanism for quick storage and transportation. The backrest has an in-built, half folding back which has been designed so the wheelchair will fit into small spaces, by reducing the height of the push handle.

This mobility aid boasts swing-away removable footrests have been designed to extend into several fixed positions, so you can attain the correct leg position for optimum comfort whilst ensuring smooth transfers in and out of the chair.

The full-length padded armrests offer additional support, and the seat comes in an upholstery that's easy-to-clean and low maintenance. The Steel Travel Chair has in-built brakes for parking and a luggage-style lap belt with a large locking clip, which can be used to safely restrain you during normal use.
